Friday, December 18th, 2009Cats new toy – Cat It Design Series Sensory Activity Centre
Sunday, November 29th, 2009I thought as both Lindsey & I work long days, I would purchase the cats (Esther, Angus and Tilly) a new interractive toy, so they wouldn’t get bored during the day, and to stimulate their minds and body!
I purchased a new Cat It Design Series Sensory Activity Centre for them to play with from Purrr-Fection Ltd (www.purrr-fectionragdolls.co.uk). It consists of three items
- The Catit® Design Senses Massage Center
- The Catit® Design Senses Scratch Pad
- The Catit® Design Senses Play Circuit
Most times, we purchase toys and they don’t play with them, well here’s the proof, they like the Cat It Design Series Sensory Activity Centre.

Angus gets out of the aquarium!
Tuesday, August 25th, 2009It was empty!
Before I could clean and rinse the new fish tank today, before site-ing in the fish house, Angus had to get out of it! I’d just un-wrapped it in the garden for cleaning, and Angus jumped in! I reached for my handy camera to take a snapshot of him in the tank, but as you can see from the photo above, he started to climb out!
Later I managed to get the tank cleaned, rinsed and polished and sited in the fish house ready for filters, heaters, sand and water.

Compost frame (Before)
Wednesday, April 22nd, 2009This is a little job, I’ve been meaning to do for a while. The lid on my composter broke a year ago, the cooking apples on the tree above the composter, fell and broke the black pvc on the compost lid. The result of this was the compost has been getting too wet and too dry. So armed with a Black and Decker jigsaw, hammer, staple-gun and nails time to fix.
